After the big girls pound the skinny girl to mush, you step in and explain to the big girls about how inept they are. That it took them too long, that they didn't hit hard enough, that their aim was poor, that they're bad excuses for enforcers. Then you demonstrate what you mean on the big girls. Take them in order, and pound them even worse than they did the skinny girl.
