Additional sessions between you and Ginger that focus on ab workouts (among other things agreeable to each of you); really going for an extreme abdominal pump, combined with the goal of trying to "tenderize" those worked abs with punching as opposed to the total beat-down style that I don't believe she is into. Testing her limits within whatever range she is agreeable is what I'm looking for. Crunches with punches, 1/2 barrel, hanging leg raises or whatever. It's all good, but this suggestion is just for something closer to the first Ginger session, complete with all the sweat, looking into the camera, abs talk, etc. We also heard about her pole dancing, which offers all kinds of creative and erotic "belly" potential. I hope she is still into this kind of stuff, as long as it's with you. You're the best Jill! Thank you
