Well it as to be STEADY for me. Played almost every game at 35ish. Yes he hasn't scored an hatful of goals this year but how often as he held the ball up for others or ran into the channels to try and create an opening for Grant or whoever. People talk about Grant but save for the few months with his goals (superb that as helped us where we are at the moment) but for most games he is not involved for whatever reason. Confidence, wrong position for him to get on the ball i'm not sure but something is not right. Tootle has had a few good games so as Hewitt. Duffy too inconsistent. Brisley overall good but nothing compared to Staedy's consistency throughout the season. Steady it is for me what do you think? Regards NZ FRED

Bit early for this yet as the crucial games are yet to come. For me it's the player that scored the goal at Wembley that got us promoted. When Johnson did that back in 91 we never forgot.
