Ive previously acknowledged, on several occasions, that Charlie got a good squad together but couldn't manage them properly. I even think last seasons squad was not as bad as it was supposed to be - look at the start we made. I am relieved that he's gone though and we appear, at first glance, to have someone in who knows the rudiments of the game.
