That u have eyes...it is for u to see...Remember the first...that u have feet...to transport u... Remember the first...that ur mind, which reasons possibility...and the heart which inspires,...remember that it obeys u...what u ask of it, it gives...u desire rememberance of, it hastse to bring to remeberance.... and why...that u strive...that u be...that u become and reach ur goals...this is what INI in the history of our Ancestors, have found to do under the sun...That we may also rest...and toil as the rising... If U think about all that U have...physicaly..mentaly...spiritualy...everything...and u check the purpose of each thing...it is Amazingly clear...everything that u posses points to one direction...the same direction u point them to... That... u are to Rise...u are to be Truthful and trustworthy...courageous and infuencial...u are to feel good...that is the purpose of all things possesed by u...it is for u to live and love ur life... when the pain in ur lower back stings...remember the first...that the conciousness, the pain in ur back is signaling and directing u to put urself ina better position or situation that u should not feel the pain... a doubtful mind will doubt suspectfully that u gain certainty in matters... aim for the highest...never lower ur standards in anything...that u never go higher than is good...that u are not overly righteous...but right... simplicity...Life and everything of and about u is for u to rise and achieve our goals...naturaly just go...and rejoice that achieving is the heritage of being alive...the evidence that proves...we will reach regardless of setbacks... diyouth guidance
