Boy, I don't know. It's hard for me to believe that Jaromir Jagr, of all people, would be spending this long on the trading block! His agent says the Penguins have always been "secretive" about their negotiations. Well, it's no secret that everybody involved wants a deal to be made, so I'd love to know what the hold-up is. Obviously, any deal has to be one that benefits the Pens. You don't give away Secretariat just to cut down on the cost of running your stable. But still, Patrick is going to have to cut a deal sooner or later, and sooner makes a whole lot more sense.
