Hi Val, I am in the US and am in the process of getting implant supported Overdentures. I had my surgery at the end of May and had most of the implants put in plus bone grafting of both jawbones. I spend the summer recuperating and getting used to a full set of temporary dentures. Next week my mouth will be x-rayed to see how healing went and then I will know the timeline for the rest of the work. I still need implants put in the top right jawbone since I had an infection in there when they operated on me. So far so good!!! Your best bet in finding a good oral surgeon and prothodontist is by asking your primary care doctor or your current dentist for a refferal. I asked my primary care doctor and he sent me to his own prothodontist and that guy knew who my oral surgeon should be. I really like them! Good luck to you! Patti
