Life with bad teeth....Need some tips to cope

I wanted to know if any of you can provide some tips on coping with bad teeth. My teeth are bad, but not bad enough to justify getting all dental implants. What am I supposed to do in the meantime? This running around between dentists is making me crazy. I do not qualify for the one day implants. What else can I do?
