Hmmm, Don, I may be mistaken but as far as I know it's not a one day service. It's pretty much a journey...at least it seems that way to me. You can get bone grafting and the implant on the same day, but then you will need to go through a healing period of several months before the tooth is put on the implant. Please do not just call any oral surgeon from the phone book. Not all oral surgeons specialize in implants. You should ask your family doctor, your dentist or people you know who have implants for a recommendation for an oral surgeon. Good luck to you! Keep us posted on how it's going for you! Patti
