Well, I heard the nurse say, "Will she have them in for 10 days or 24 days?" The dentist and I choose two weeks. They did make the appointment at time of surgery. I suppose if u were sick and missed your appointment that is one thing. Call a nurse line and ask them. I think that is kinda excesive. If the dentist can't fit you in. Maybe you should call some other dentists and ask their front desk lady what they think. As long as u don't have infection around the site, which would be more likely with food and so forth gettin stuck in there. I think you will be ok. Just keep your mouth clean and don't try to rip them out yourself.
