Surprisingly, yes. I thought the abutement was more painful then the implants themselves. Not sure why that is. The good thing though is that the pain only lasted one day!! I was like ow!! But by the next day I was back to normal. I do have another abutement coming up in August, for the second set of implants I got. I wonder how this abutement will go. The last time I got three abutments done, this time it will be two. I wanted to tell you something else I forgot to mention yesterday- an implant hurts a lot LESS then an extraction!! that is good news indeed. Also, I have gotten extract/implant in same surgery and that also hurts a lot LESS then extraction!!
