Hi Sharon, Thank you for the encouraging words! My journey to dental implants has been a year in the making. I have researched this and prayed about it and I feel that I am making the right decision by going the implant supported overdneture route. It's really the only option I have. It's either that or go toothless and at the age of 48, I am not ready to go toothless. I am not nervous about the 2 hour surgery. I have high confidence in my oral surgeon and my prothodontist and I met the anesthesiologist and she is very nice and has every confidence that she will be able to intubate my challenging airway. However, I am nervous about the post-op so I have been working on putting it all in God's hands and whatever happens happens. I feel blessed to have such a caring team of medical people including my primary care physician. Thank you for your feedback! Patti
