Frangi: I totally agree with your advice!! I see too many posts from people saying they went to a regular dentist for implant consultation and were given very poor and even incorrect advice. I believe that only oral surgeons should place implants. I too was initially told that extract/implant could not be done in one day but then I went to a surgeon and he did it successfully!! So to everyone reading this please get a second opinion and don't take " it can't be done" for an answer!! Normally the dentist who says it can't be done is because they don't know how to do it!!
