Oh I should have mentioned that with this dental implant procedure, I did NOT need a bone graft or sinus lift. Prior to deciding to go this route, I was told by another dentist (a regular dentist) that I needed both before he could place the implants. I then went to a dental centre that specializes in dental implants and the oral surgeon there said I had more than enough bone for the all-on-4. So it's important to get a second opinion. Just because a regular dentist says s/he can place implants, doesn't necessarily mean they're really qualified and experienced, or even familiar with the "state of the art" procedures.
