Kathy, the all-on-4 is a dental implant procedure where they place a full arch of teeth on just 4 implants. It's not like an overdenture that can be removed. It's fixed, only the dentist can remove it for regular professional cleanings, like real teeth. I had both upper and lower arches done, so a whole mouth reconstruction. Like I said, the discomfort as I healed after surgery was very minimal. I have suffered through MUCH worse with bad teeth that kept getting infections etc. You will be fine and you will be so happy after the fact! Good luck!
