Sorry, you asked for specific smooth soft foods suggestions. For the first two days I survived on everything you mentioned but also soups. Soups are nutritious, easy to swallow, especially blended or creamy soups. I also ate fresh ripe bananas, I would squish them with a fork in a bowl, like you would to feed a baby, and eat that... found that pretty filling. By day 3 I was able to comfortably eat scrambled eggs for breakfast with a slice of soft bread without the crust (broke pieces off with my fingers and put it in my mouth and chewed with my back teeth, avoiding putting pressure on the front where the implants are), and I had salmon and mashed potatoes for dinner. Oh and for the first day or two, sucking on a popsicle really helped soothe the gums, so you might want to make sure you have some in your freezer.
