Actually I got five implants!! I had three done in the first surgery, then I had another two. I got the abutement done on the first three. Yes, I can eat on the abutements but soft food only. The abutements look like small white caps. They Only hurt the first day, but now I cannot feel them at all. So I am extremly happy with the results. The new teeth will be placed on the abutement soon. The other two implants are still "sleeping" when they are ready I will get them uncovered for the abutement. That's great news regarding your appointment!! I am happy for you!!
