Don't cancel your surgery- if I can do it you can do it too. I know it's stressful but I fully believe that it's worth it. In the past year I had 2 implant surgeries for 4 implants. This week I get another extract/implant and also abutement procedure. So I totally sympathize with you. The good thing is that you are getting the four in one so it will all be over in one day. Also, you are doing everything in your power to avoid what you don't want which is the nausea. If at all possible, try to avoid vicodin!! If you need to take pain medication, maybe try a small dose first so you get a feel of how your stomach is doing. After the surgery and clearance from your dr, I recommend that you try small sips of soda to see how you feel before you eat like a full meal or anything like that. I think your surgery will be successful and that you'll feel glad you went through with it!!
