I survived. The doctor probably thinks I am a complete nut case because I was crying before I even got back to the room.
I was knocked out for it and did fine afterwards. Never took any pain medicine- not even Motrin. No swelling either. I was relieved.
He did say that because of the infection I had a big hole. So, he put bone in and I go back to see him on Thursday to get my stitches out. Of course I'm worried about the bone graft taking and being able to get an implant.
He said something about having apicoectomies (I've had quite a few) but I was so out of it I'm not sure exactly what he was saying.
I'm relieved it's out and I'm worried about what he is going to say next.
