I was able to go to Poland (a dental vacation) several years ago -Krakow- and it cost a fraction. The problem with the graft, however, is that you would need to travel twice. In that case Costa Rica would be an alternative. There are competent practitioners abroad. Many have studied in the US. I believe the original NOBEL comes from Sweden.
