Hi Dave,
I have never shipped outside the U.S. so I will need to see the requirments. I will not be able to research that until tomorrow. You mentioned you like both which other pup besides Felony are you thinking about?
Are you a breeder? Do you have a site?
Not sure how Canada works but I don't think it will be an issue.
