HELP! Vacuum ate one of Liquorice Crush's shoes! (msg)

I was struggling putting on a new slipcover on my sofa, my butt hit Liquorice Crush, whom I always keep on the coffee table, and she fell to the floor. I picked her up, the stand was a little far from her, and I saw one shoe was off. Instead of finding the shoe, I put her back on the stand, on the coffee table without the one shoe. I forgot about it, later pulled out the vacuum. I heard strange noises, but assumed it was pins under the sofa, as I had been doing needlework. Couldn't find the shoe, pulled out the full vacuum bag, put on a filter mask and glasses, and cut open the bag! Dust everywhere! Took a stick and poked around in there, but didn't feel or find the shoe. Sigh. I've looked everywhere, and no shoe, so I can only assume the vacuum ate it. Anyone have a clue where I can find replacement shoes? I can't find black patent pointy toes online. Wonder if Integrity would sell me a pair? Sigh!!!
