Do you have any comfirmation that your boss cannot see the posts when she is in control of the board ? Has she said anything ? Ask any questions regarding those ? I have no way to find out if it really wotks. Once we know for sure it would give us a way to "get to the dirt" on your boss as you could really go wild with the gossips without fear of being fired. With a few "hidden messages" we should be able to asseetain she has no access to them and then... you can dish out the juicy details.
