Miss Lord, I apologize if I offended you or made you feel threatened. I assure you, I intend you no harm and did not feel that I was invading your privacy. I'll comment more on that issue later; but if you want to release the bodyguards, I promise you have nothing to fear from me.
I would like to thank the fans here for your kind comments about my story and Madra's wedding dress. As Joe and Denis pointed out, if I may paraphrase, knowing more about your journey to stardom, Miss Lord, only makes your devotees love you more.
Miss Lord, I have been your fan for a very long time. I know for a fact that you are keen of mind and are far too young to be forgetful, but I must remind you of a few things:
First, please take a look at the photos Brian in LA just posted. I'm sure you remember reading this book while on the Queen Mary. I saw you carrying it around myself. If you will look closely with your keen eyes at the cover, you'll notice that my name is there (in very tiny print and not nearly as attractively printed as yours) as the author.
Second, please think back to all of the interviews you granted me to prepare for writing this book. I realize that there was a great deal of editing done before Ms. Friend published the book, but I was not aware that any omitted items were to be discarded.
Third, at no point did you indicate that the things you told me and showed me during our interviews were in confidence. I was very careful to ask if I thought something was too personal to share.
Hopefully, now that you remember who I am and think back over our discussions, you can put your mind at ease and enjoy the rest of your month here on ICOG.
