I have collected pretty much only Gene related dolls for many years now...the smaller dolls just seem so...well...SMALL in comparison...the W Club had a lottery for an IT Direct basic essentials doll representing one of the four seasons...the price was right for trying out the 12" sized dolls...this is the second doll in the series, Summer...she came dressed in a vivid yellow dress with matching shoes and earrings:
I decided she needed more than just one outfit, si I went to Target to find her something in the Barbie line to wear...the 2012 Stardoll series has some accessory sets with a outfit pieces, shoes, and jewelry...I picked out this inexpensive set because I liked the purple mini dress (love purple!)...the set came with many pieces, shown in the next two pics...
I thought, when I bought this doll, that if I did not like her, I could probably sell her to anorther collector...well, she is staying right here!
