I hardly knew what to think or say. So very sad. Yet I came here and a couple of other boards and read the thoughtful and intelligent comments and it helped give me perspective. Gene has meant so much to me for nearly 15 years and to think of no new Genes is very hard. But she will continue in our hearts and on the boards and with the talent of independent designers and of course with our huge and amazing collections. Change is always difficult. And then it's the norm. Thanks for letting me go on like this. Hugs to Mel and Gene and all of you. XXOOXXOO
