I would like to rebut some of the statements made in the above message.
First I am not a "former" Japanese bike rider. I still own, and ride frequently, our Gold Wing. I also have two other Hondas in my garage as well as a KZ1000 LTD Kawasaki.
I am still the same person I always was, and don't intend to change, just because someone may not have liked my opinion on a subject.
I was under the impression that this was an open forum for discussion, and apparently my comment did stir some discussion. Although I never saw any of the responses personally. I notice that you did remove the posting of the event, but still felt compelled to rebuke me publicly. Did you, and have you done the same to others who have voiced displeasure of a certain brand? If you are going to crticize one, then be fair and do it to all (ie. are Polaris junk) in addition to Mike's written opinions of Harley.
