Brendan,
I was in Terre Haute last week with Jay Jackson, ABATE Director, from conversations I gathered that the LCRP is temp closed due to ABATE moving equipment and training facilities into the area. They also have a Dirt Bike School Instructors session there later this month. This will get Instructors trained in order to get the new Dirt Bike School up and running.
