Howboucha Dave!
I rode to work today (Thursday). When I went outside, it felt warmer that the actual 38 degress it was.I took off wearing my motocross lid and light weight gloves. Well after about 4 miles at a high rate of speed, I pulled off the road to put on my "ninja mask" and winter gloves.
Full face is definately the way to go.
I nailed a bird today, but it was a small one.
I did catch a bird in the face last season while wearing a full face lid. My visor was cracked open, but the shield and safety glasses kept me from going down.
