It's surpriseing how far this clown was able to
get in this scheme in the first place....
I spoke with him back in Oct,to get more info
about his project,and his comments led me to
one of two conclusions-either he's full of shit
and a dreamer,or he's got all of the details
secured. Well.....
Another tidbit-according to a few locals involved
with the construction,the need to dig down 6'
below grade AFTER the structure was up was
realized in order to provide minimum ceiling
height. 75k sq ft sounds huge,but isn't;there's
not adequate room for spectators presently....
but,that's doesn't look to be a prob now......
