Man it sure would be great to have an indoor facility to ride in huh...(morons) The project is and has been on hold for some time now. There was earnest money paid to begin construction while closing the deal, at which time construction began. After several weeks of construction, the property owners, the steel company, excavator, staff that they hired in to run this place, and equipment rental company's had still not been paid. The financing never surfaced. With no other options, the property owners issued a stop work order and everything stopped. Those who are owed money on the project all were forced to place liens on the property. So here sits a partially finished facility with a true business plan and no funds to finish it. The property owners have a half finished building on their land with liens on it. That's the real story. Keep in mind that all involved were promised almost daily, for several weeks, that all was in place to close soon. There was an elusive letter somewhere in the world that none of us ever saw. So as all of us who were on board to make this happen get back on our feet, our hopes are that someone will come in and finish it. There's money to be made and a terrific concept for the sport. Just the press and coverage the idea generated was great. So if someone is seriously interested and has the funds to make it happen, drop me an email at ryan@motoracing.com and I will get you in touch with the property owners."

It seems as if Ryan has calmed down a bit. I am sure that all of us can appreciate his dissapointment. Here is the latest update from his D-15 MX site, www.motoracing.com. Check it out if you get a chance.
Motoracing.com has been receiving numerous inquiries from individuals who feel they would like to look in to completing this project, so there is still momentum for the concept. Here's the real truth in the story.
