I can assure you all that nobody is more disappointed than myself at the apparent collapse of the big plan. The only news we are getting is that the financing cannot seem to be obtained by the current developers behind the plan. This, after recruiting employees (me) from other jobs, relocating them, and then abandoning them with nothing but more promises. It's a very bad business practice but it's exactly what happened in this case. The property owners now find themselves with a 7 acre piece of property with a partially finished 75,000 square foot building on it and a host of liens. If you notice their website down, well, they didn't pay for that either so we pulled the plug. Sorry folks... It would be our hope that someone would come in and buy the thing out and finish it. It sure has a solid concept behind it and could work. (Trust me, we researched it enough...) Anyway, we were hoping to see it happen and we gave the developers the benefit of the doubt but it has come to a point where we believe they have, or should, pull the plug. Anybody want to buy a partially finished indoor motocross track? Anybody hiring?? More to come so stay tuned!" It looks like some people really got burned on this one. I feel for Ryan, because it looks like he dedicated a lot of time and effort in this project. Check out Ryan's site for D-15 MX at http://www.motoracing.com Brendan Kearns

It looks like the much hyped, and anticipated indoor motocross track is not going to come to fruition. This info was on MX guru Ryan Marshall's Website, www.motoracing.com.
