I have a 12 year old daughter that wants a horse badly but we are short on money. We need a good horse under 400 dollars. This is a stretch but she has wanted one since she was a little girl. I think that she finally deserves one. We want a sweet well mannered horse. That is gentle and not afraid of other animals. Help me please.
