For an older gentleman (80ish) that has ridden his entire life. The current horse he is riding is 30ish and is becoming arthritic (don't worry, older horse isnt going anywhere).
Would like something on the small side: 14hh - 15hh at most.
Quiet, gaited (for his comfort) and able to do trails (up to 3 times per week) and eventually longer rides (couple/few hours).
Age isn't an issue as long as he/she is healthy and sound but prefer a 'teenager'.
Home offered on 9 acres, 24/7 t/o with shelter. Would live with one gelding and mare (mare is currently separated on dry lot).
