looking for thoroughbred gelding

I know that I may be looking for a needle in a haystack but anythings possible right? I'm looking for a dark bay thoroughbred gelding around 20 yrs. old that used to do the hunter/jumpers and has an old injury. He was also briefly on the track. He's about 16.2 hands and has a blaze and 2 hind socks. If you have any info. I would greatly appreciate it!! Thank you!!
