HI,
i am in serious need of some ideas, sugestions, or hard core information.
about 3 months ago i sold my mare Jacks Poco Queen. It was in the agreement that the first payment was to be for 1500 dollars( which ended up being 1200. and then the rest was to be done in payments. However 1400 dollars later, and 3 months past, i am still short 600 dollars ( which is really needed ) and these people have yet to respond to our calls or emails.
I have already called AQHA and they confirmed that they shouldnt be able to register her under a different name or try and transfer her without the papers.
However. I really need to know what else can be done!
Any ideas??
