Where is this mare located? I am looking for a potential lesson horse. I have been riding my whole life and teaching on a very small scale for many years and could work with her to acclimate her for a lesson program. My cherished old "Cowboy" is late twenties and really needs to be retired but I have been unsuccessful in finding a decent affordable replacement for him. She sounds perfect.
