No...dont wait to call a vet. What makes you so sure your horse is depressed and not in the beginning stages of colic or some sort of infection? Have a vet check him..rule out an illness then deal with his "depression". Never wait cuz you could end up waiting too long. --Previous Message-- : i bought a barrel racing paint horse about 4 : months ago.he has been really great up : untill about 4 days ago, he isnt eating very : much(even if there is grass and hay : avalable) and he seems to just float arround : the pasture with the other horses only he : just stands there instead of eating. : :
