I have a son of High Mark whose dam was a granddaughter to Walkabout Jack. Thanks for the previous post in explaining his pedigree. I know more now on what I have in the kennel.

They were from Tekoa Mtn. Sunrise and Sandhill Sheba.Jack was bred to a female of Richard Hills, and it was a super litter. At one open shooting dog stake 3 littermates were 1st,2nd,and 3rd.Bob Raymond had one of these he also called "Jack" ,and at the Top of the World trial grounds[big, open country, wild birds]Jack won the stake twice ,both times against 28 dogs. Walkabout Jack was broke by the time he was 16 months old and was Ks.Horseback Derby Dog of the year. 2years later his son also won this award.Jack's only shortcoming was that he wasnt a huge running dog,but he was a great wild bird dog and producer of big going dogs. What is the grandaughters mother in your dog?Phone # would be usefull and I will call and we can talk dog.

Chris you can see his complete pedigree at Perfectpedigrees.com under Mac Jack. My Jack also broke early, but I only birdhunt him here in SC. He is throwing some nice looking dogs. You can see some of his sons and daughters at
members.tripod.com/~McCallJ/MCCALL.html
I got Jack from Barry Stumbo that runs horseback dogs in Kentucky.
email me at ranmcc@msn.com and I will send you my phone number.
