Flea Control - Or Lack Of It

I have tried about 20 ways to kill the fleas on my dogs, and the fleas are still there. I sprayed the dog yards with Enforcer. I've tried Ultra Shield from the farm store, a insect repellant and pesticide in one. I've tried the Frontline equivalent from Pet Meds. I've bathed them with Happy Jack flea and tick shampoo. I've tried Spot-on topical also, along with other things. Yet, day after day I examine the dogs and find fleas. I guess the heat and humidity we've had has something to do with it, but the fleas are driving me nuts. Anyone with any real good advice?
