Doug, I'm located in Ft Worth now. My trialing in Kansas was way back in the 70s with a couple of pups out of Easy Mark. I moved with my company in the late 70s and found it almost impossible to keep dogs I was moving so often. In the last 4 or 5 years I've been retired and able to get back to serious dog work and hunting. And now have two dogs I think may be able to compete, we'll see this fall. By the way in another post of yours you spoke about Chuck Maxsom, he was active in the Wichita bird dog club when I was running dogs and everything you said I'd like to second. He was about as straight up a guy as I met in my short time trialing and he gave me the bug. I doubt he remembers me from way back when but he left a stong and lasting impression on me.
