Got lucky and have a great friend Mike Mader which he lives in Montana, He suggested he would take my Rip pointer down to the Niomia Plantation to work with his string of dogs.Rip is two and is a big running poiner I thought new handler tighter type country? Wondered if he would adjust.Well he did and Mike had fun with him and Rip learned alot as they are loaded with wild birds. He also ran ran in Florida on another plantation. Out here the most birds we have found was 43 coveys in a days hunt.That was with two dogs on the ground and fresh dogs every hour. there was less than 3000 acres on this place.The norn on that place was probably 12 .
