If I was the judge,you'd be making money. Your dog has done just fine by not chasing when it flew into his face,and after that,well,he's a dog,a hunter,and a predator,right? What's he supposed to do,"turn the other cheek"? I had the exact same thing happen to me once,but not at a trial.
