i am just starting eventing and i wanted any tips you eventers have. MY horse is a 6yr old registeredirish and american line bred connemara gelging whose parents are aweseom eveneters in america and ireland. The slow hunter ring is not working for us we like to get upand go. we have done dressage up to training level at local and A rated shows always placing high. At local shows we always are in top3 with scores in 70's and got a 9 on a free walk once without even working on dressage for a month! He is getting brvaer to the fences but still needs confidence. if any of you know where i can school on cross country, take lessons or show in south florida- ocala being as far as i can go - let me know thanks. also if you know any eventing shows in north carolina and tennessee let me know because i svisit there with my horses in the summertime and love to show there. see my grey horse on my website
