loving home for a horse

Im looking for a horse is Iowa. Cant be a stallion. Any age over 6 months. I have the time to work with project horses, and shy ones. Promises a great loving home where the horse will be spoiled and shown with my sisters horse, in western and barrel racing. Hopfully 14.2 hands or higher. Not over 17 hands though. Im wishing for a paint but color doesnt matter. My limit is $300, i know its not much but its my own hard earned money from all summer long. Please help me out! Thank you, Nichole.
