Linda Hicks has taken several deposits and has now taken her website offline. She moves in between AZ, OK and NE. Her truck and trailer are substandard and you are taking a chance of not only losing your deposit, but losing your horse once she picks it up; if she ever does. She is not registered with DOT and her 'contract' is not legal and binding in the sense that she creates a false 'delay of pick up' stating her vehicle is broken down when in actuality, it is not. A Ford dealership was kind enough to trace her VIN number and the dates she gave for her vehicle being in the shop and unable to make her scheduled pick up was a lie. Call your police department and file a report. This is an outright scam to steal money and not some random accident where a delay happened. She intentionally makes false agreement for service that she had no intention of keeping in order to steal your money. Report her to the Better Business Bureau. Report her to the transport companies that advertise her company. If no one complains, this person continues to steal, lie and jeopardizes an animal that does make it in her trailer since it is not in good repair and she is not licensed to haul property.
Please everybody. Let's get this woman away from our horses and arrested for stealing, as she should be.
