I don't believe there is such a thing as a "going rate". Every hauler has different equipment, different policies and different areas they service. All these factors and more go into the rate they charge to cover their expenses and make a profit. You will get a wide variety of pricing from different haulers and it is your responsibility to follow up with questions such as asking for a description of their equipment, size of the stall, DOT compliance, policies regarding travel, what is included in the price, etc. You may find out that you are comparing apples with oranges rather than apples with apples.
