Have not heard this but I certainly hope it is true. Too many people with horse trailers and other types of trailers cant drive FORWARD.....Let alone BACK UP!!!!! --Previous Message-- : Supposedly anyone towing a horse trailer(even : just personal use) has to have a CDL license : and a DOT number. I heard this from a dealer : & it`s supposed to go in effect today. : Anyone else hear this?? :
