As my surname implies, there is Scottish decent in my family(however diluted), and I feel somewhat drawn to the Celtic path for this reason. I have been wondering for awhile how much significance a persons heritage should be given when seeking ones path and dieties to work with. Part of the problem is that while there is an abundance of material to read and study on Wicca, there seems to be very little on Celtic Paganism. Any suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you Hollis, for hosting a very helpful and articulate website. I'm fairly new to the concept of Wicca/Witchcraft, and haven't started practicing yet. I have been reading both books, and online, but mostly online. Your opinions make a lot of sense to me, and I appreciate you making them available to people like me.
