Honestly, finding good resources online has been a serious trial for me. If you search using words like "Norse," "deities," "gods," and use the god names (and maybe try Vanir) you might come up with a few in English that are of some use. A couple of links taht I have saved are http://www.pantheon.org/areas/mythology/europe/norse/ and http://www.ugcs.caltech.edu/~cherryne/mythology.html (you may have to cut and paste the links in your browser). I havn't thoroughly researched these sites, so I can't guarantee they're perfect but they've been informative.
There is an out-of-print book called "The Well of Rememberance" that includes some myths, a bit of history, and some personal spiritual experiences with some of the gods of the Norse, especially the Vanir, but I don't necessarily recommend it as a "scholarly" work. The vast majority of my experience with and knowledge of my gods is personal.
